I came across the Fit Yummy Mummy agenda a little while ago and I was intrigued. The agenda was aimed at women (mainly mothers) who wanted to get fit and lose weight and even just tone up.
I purchased the agenda and was impressed with the quality. The meal planner was straightforward and easy to follow, the exercises were exciting but fun to do (and there wasn't a lot I had to do either!) and the withhold was by far it's strength. I have had so many messages from amazing women from all over the world, gift me encouragement and guidance - it's wonderful!
Several weeks ago I received an email from Holly Rigsby (the Fit Yummy Mummy herself) with a link to vote on the most recent 12 Week Transformation Challenge finalists. There was a before and an after photo of each woman, and a link to their story, which talked about their weight loss journey over the past 12 weeks.
I looked at the photos and was amazed - these results were achieved in only 12 weeks!! How could this be? They weren't all in their 20's either (as I originally thought). I remember reading of at least 2 or 3 women who were in their 40's! They looked amazing and obviously felt it too.
It was then that I decided that I might join the next challenge, and that's exactly what I did last Friday night!
I am in week 1 of the challenge and as part of my membership I have way to a amazing online menu planner that calculates my fat and vitamin intake. It also tells me if I'm having too much or too little of something - it's great!
Also, there are other resources, like audios, videos and of policy the women at ClubFym are there to withhold me all the way. It's a agenda I suggest to Any woman who wants to lose weight (even if you don't have kids - there are fullness of women on the site who don't have any!).
